Unsere Saison startet im Frühjahr und endet im späten Herbst, genau dann, wenn die ersten Fröste einsetzen. In diesem Zeitraum erzeugen wir auf unseren ausschließlich im Freiland bewirtschafteten Flächen eine vielfältige Auswahl an Salaten, die wir Ihnen nachfolgend im Überblick vorstellen:

Processing
All lettuces are brought to our processing halls immediately after harvest. There, they are thoroughly washed to remove soil, small leaves, foreign particles, and insects. The cold water also quickly cools the lettuce down, helping it stay fresh for longer. Afterwards, the lettuce is weighed, carefully packed, and stored in our cold storage facility until it is promptly delivered using our company-owned refrigerated trucks. From harvest to loading, only a few hours pass.

Technology
With modern machinery, intelligent sensor technology, and the use of artificial intelligence, we make our work more efficient, precise, and sustainable. Robots that use advanced laser technology to precisely remove weeds complement our chemical plant protection strategy in an optimal way – a forward-looking method that reduces the use of active substances while at the same time protecting our crops.
Investing in new technologies is important to us in order to always stay at the cutting edge. Our latest milestone is an autonomous tractor. Although this type of technology is still in development, we deliberately focus on innovations that make our work easier.
All of this is only possible with a young and dedicated team that enjoys trying out new trends and boldly moving forward.
