Product overview
Our season begins in spring and ends in late autumn, just when the first frosts set in. During this period, we grow a wide variety of lettuces on our exclusively open-field cultivated areas, which we would like to present to you in the overview below:

Processing
All lettuces are brought to our processing halls immediately after harvest. There, they are thoroughly washed to remove soil, small leaves, foreign particles, and insects. The cold water also quickly cools the lettuce down, helping it stay fresh for longer. Afterwards, the lettuce is weighed, carefully packed, and stored in our cold storage facility until it is promptly delivered using our company-owned refrigerated trucks. From harvest to loading, only a few hours pass.

Technology
With state-of-the-art machinery, intelligent sensor technology and the use of artificial intelligence, we make our work more efficient and precise. Robots that use advanced laser technology to remove weeds in a targeted way ideally complement our chemical crop protection strategy.
Investing in new technologies is important to us in order to always stay at the cutting edge. Our latest milestone is an autonomous tractor. Although this type of technology is still in development, we deliberately focus on innovations that make our work easier.
All of this is only possible with a young and dedicated team that enjoys trying out new trends and boldly moving forward.
