We work according to the motto “All for one – one for all!” to produce healthy and delicious vegetables, supported by people who carry out their work with passion and experience. Everyone in our team has their own area of responsibility and is therefore an important part of the whole – whether in the field, in the packhouse, or in the office. It is only through everyone working together that we achieve what matters most to us: fresh, high-quality vegetables grown on our own farm.
As a family-run business, we place great importance on a strong sense of community. Many different skills and experiences come together here – trained horticulturists, farmers, office staff, seasonal workers, and apprentices work hand in hand every day. Each of our employees is specifically trained to ensure that our standards and quality requirements are consistently met for every product. Commitment, responsibility, and team spirit are a matter of course for us – including at weekends or during busy periods.
Our employees are there for us day after day, week after week, and season after season. It is precisely this commitment that defines our team and ensures that our harvest is safely brought in and that fresh vegetables make their way to consumers.
